Function: Transformational modes—how meaning changes
The Five Regimes
| Operator | Name | Glyph | Function | Habitat Expression |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ω | Undifferentiated field | (none) | Reseeding, novelty, source of revisability | It-Field, Other-Sphere |
| χ | Distinction | (none) | Perceptual cut, differentiation | I-Tube |
| Q | Temporal-Relational Flow | (none) | Continuity, affect, carry | My-Stream, We-Sphere |
| Ψ | Binding | (none) | Stabilization, compression | Thread, Twist, Knot, Threadplex |
| Z | Coordination | 🜛/▩ | World-level alignment | Co-SPHERE, MemeGrid |
Φ(t) Composition
Φ(t) = (Z ∘ Ψ ∘ Q ∘ χ)(Ω) ⊕_harmonic Ω
Reading: Ω is transformed through χ, Q, Ψ, to Z, while the harmonic condition preserves Ω-contact throughout.
Key Rules
- Regimes are navigational markers, not metaphysical claims
- Operators are invariant functions, not places or agents
- Regimes describe how they are currently acting (variable configuration)
